Weekly terms are listed on this
web site as this is our normal hire period. Additional weeks are
available at 80% of the weekly rate.
A 24 hour self collection and return service is available.

All prices are nett and VAT is
not currently applicable.

3.
|
All orders must be confirmed
in writing bye the autority responsible for the account payment.
|
4.
|
Normal payment terms are half on
collection, half on return. Unpaid accounts are subject to 3%
interest per month.
|
5.
|
Lost or damaged equipment
will be charged at cost of replacement. We suggest you
insure the equipment under your control
|
6.
|
A £50.00 deposit my be requested
on the hire of some expensive pieces of equipment.

7.
|
Spare lamps can be supplied and
must be retunred even if failed. Gratis supply is not implied by
the issuing of a spare.
|
8.
|
Cables are supplied individually
coiled and taped with PVC tape. If not returned in similar
condition, a 50p per cable charge will be levied.

9.
|
Under no circumstances may
plugs or sockets be removed from our equipment. If this is
suspected a charge of £2.00 per item will be made for
inspection and rewiring.

|
If any of our equipment is
faulty or goes wrong, please inform us immediately so that we can
rectify the fault, rather than no informing us until you return the
equipment.

11.
|
Smoke machines and lanterns
become hot in use so keep them away from flammable materials and take
great care when handling.
|
12.
|
Do not touch lamps with bare
hands.
|
13.
|
Pyrotechnics are extremely
dangerous. They should only be detonated by a responsible adult
in full view of the firing pod. Licence authorities may require
to be informed of their use.

|
Many of our radio microphones
are on frequencies licensed for use by the Radiocommunications Agency.
Where this applies, a copy of the license details will be provided and
operation must be in accordance with the RA terms and conditions.
